At Relief Medical Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality medical products and exceptional service. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on opened medical supplies, personal care items, or custom-ordered products.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept exchanges for:
Opened or used products
Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” at the time of purchase
Special order or customized items
Expired products
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
Contact our customer service at phone number or email address provided below to obtain an authorization.
Clearly indicate the reason for exchange and the desired replacement item.
Return the eligible item in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a shipping error or defective product.
4. Inspection and Approval
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Exchanges will be processed once items are verified to meet eligibility criteria.
If an exchange item is out of stock, a credit or alternative product may be offered.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
